Need 2nd person to cover young cast
Due to our reschedule, we could use a 2nd adult to cover the young performers tonight. See Mrs. Tate when you arrive if you would be willing to do so. Thanks

Encore: Wednesday, March 5 @ 7:30/Banquet Details
Due to icy roads and freezing temperatures, we have postponed
our encore performance, till Wednesday, March 5 at 7:30.
Since school is cancelled for the day, high school cast members should plan to arrive at 3:00 with a packed supper. We will walk thru music and set changes prior to eating supper, make-up, and hair. It would be helpful to have hair mostly done. Please bring scripts, erased.
Young cast members can arrive dressed and ready at 6:30. Boy Band can arrive at 7:00
Please be safe, get rest, and post the changed date and time of the encore on your social media.
Our plan for the banquet is moving it to 6:00 pm on Friday evening. On Friday, high school students are expected to stay after school to help strike the set, clean dressing rooms and music annex. This avoids conflict with the girls basketball game and scheduled band concert.

Parents & Students involved in the musical “The Music Man”, please come out and enjoy and evening of great food and fellowship! Join in celebrating the hard work of everyone involved in the musical this year.
Please bring the following food according to the first letter of your last name. Please make enough for your family plus more to share.
A-M: Main Dish & a Side Dish
N-S: Main Dish & a Salad of some kind
T-Z: Main Dish and a Dessert

Enjoy Your Snowday
Hope today finds you warm and safe inside:) We will post information regarding the encore performance tomorrow, as it becomes available. If roads and parking lots are clear...and conditions appear safe for travel, we will perform as scheduled tomorrow evening. We will make that decision tomorrow as early in the day as feasible. Please check the blog hourly tomorrow (beginning around 10 am) until a decision can be made and posted. If you have trouble with your internet connection/provider, call a friend to get updated info please.
THANK YOU for an incredible weekend of performances. We are looking forward to our encore. Right now, if we cannot safely travel tomorrow, we will plan on our encore on Wednesday evening at the same time. We assume any scrimmages scheduled will not happen because of snow on the fields. Enjoy your rest and stay SAFE (You know who you are). You are the talk of the town:) Congratulations to each of you for your contributions to THE MUSIC MAN. Thank mom and dad, family, friends and everyone who helped you be so amazing.
