Saturday, February 1 Reminders

1.  Schedule posted earlier in week...see February 1 schedule link to your right.
2.  Tickets go on sale to cast, crew, and orchestra tomorrow.  Dustin will be there from 9-1 to take money and orders.  You may buy as many as you like for family, friends, etc.
3.  Costumes should be checked with Mrs. Martz.  She needs to approve style and color, so the look of our production is up to Broadway standards.  We don't want everyone to wear the same color or someone to look like they're going to a 70's prom, so please make sure you work those thrift stores or raid Grandma's attic for appropriate pieces.  If Mrs Martz doesn't approve it, it doesn't go on stage.
4.  We need your donations.  Please bring in program ads or donations to the production cost by Friday, February 7.  No donation is too small or unappreciated.
5.  Calendar Change...a reminder that was posted previously.  We WILL NOT rehearse Saturday, February 8, but WE WILL rehearse on Saturday, February 15.  This change was out of our control.  Thanks for your understanding.  27 Days until opening.....It will be here before we know it.

SPECIAL NOTE YOUNG CAST PARENTS-Please let us know on Saturday if you are willing to volunteer for one show supervision of young performers backstage.  You will still be able to see them each time they go on, and watch the rest of the production via live broadcast in their green room.  Thanks.

2. Initial costume check was Saturday. Visit thrift stores or grandma's attic.  Bring items in this week for approval .  A HUGE THANK YOU to all the volunteers who have been helping with sewing and sets.  Having such dedication to the look of the production is a big part of what makes our show look so good.
